Northern Lights Veterinary Clinic is looking to hire a
Veterinary Assistant. Located in Labrador City, Northern Lights Veterinary Clinic is a progressive fast-paced clinic servicing a wide area of clients in Western Labrador for over 15 years.

The veterinary hospital is well-equipped with Cornerstone software, Ultrasound, in-house blood machine, and digital radiography.

What you will be doing:

Checking in and checking out clients in a professional and kind manner
Completing payment transactions
Booking in and confirming appointments with clients
Working with clients to answer their questions and provide quotes
Cleaning the clinic and performing laundry duties
Restocking the retail area and exam rooms
Providing support for clinical procedures such as surgeries, lab work, and appointments
Caring for animals and assisting the Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians
Performing other clinical duties as necessary

What you will bring:

A Veterinary Assistant Diploma or the equivalent in experience.
A positive, team player attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Honesty and trustworthiness
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
