What will you do?

  • Guided by our North Star, cocreate an ambitious vision for each member journey in collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods, to understand customer needs, behaviors, and feedback
  • Research the competitive landscape and customer sentiment to influence the evolution of target state journeys
  • Create and maintain documentation of current state and target state journey maps
  • Facilitate workshops and cocreation sessions with internal and external stakeholders, to generate insights and ideas, and to foster alignment and buyin.
  • Connect with the appropriate data teams to c ontinuously track, measure and communicate the health of journeys
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to solve problems and make journey change recommendations
  • Work with delivery teams to influence priorit izationof epics and features
  • Consult heavily with delivery teams through development lifecycle, especially during the requirements refinement phase
What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing exceptional customer experiences as a Product Owner, Service /Business Designer, Business Analyst, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to define and deliver customercentric and valuedriven products that meet the needs and expectations of the market.
  • A customercentric mindset, with a firm grasp of humancentered design methodologies and a drive to create value for customers and the business.
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies to push solutions forward
  • A c urious and datadriven mindset, with the a bility to understand customers through multiple sources of data and translate it into actionable opportunities.
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Group Benefits products and services, or healthrelated products and services is an asset.
  • Previous service design or user research experience is an asset.
