POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret plans provided by builders using PlyGem' s quoting software.
Enter credits and returns.
Assist the outside sales team where needed.
Process payments for orders.
Learn Ply Gem's product portfolio to better assist for product related questions.
Able to work alone for extended periods of time but also able to work close with other employees.
Entering pre or post possession service request on PlyGem quoting software for homeowners and/or builders.
Updating builders / customers portfolio when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Completion of Grade12 or GED

EXPERIENCE

12 years prior experience as a customer service representative / similar role

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate; Proficiency in using the Office Suite of products including (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Attention to detail in all areas of work.
Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
