Job Summary:

Duties:

Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing windows and doors, and building structures
Restore and repair existing structures
Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete projects
Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate construction
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Train and mentor junior carpenters

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
Proficient in various carpentry techniques including framing, siding, flooring installation, etc.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Skilled in using power tools and hand tools
Knowledge of masonry work is a plus
Familiarity with electrical systems is an advantage
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:

$30.00-$35.85 per hour
