- Counsel individuals on dailylife issues
- Conduct surveys and analyze data
- Prepare research papers, educational texts or articles
- Manage immigration programs and assist with the emergency needs of Canadian citizens abroad
- Maintain accurate records
- Develop and analyze immigration and refugee programs and policy
