Team & Job Overview
They will be asked to act as Technical Lead for any Eloqua-related requirements across the corporation (i.e. set up of form pre-population, web data look ups, API, system integrations, lead scoring, etc.) providing direction/guidance on best methods of design and responsible for implementation.

Support ongoing maintenance/enhancement of Eloqua components (i.e. programs, campaigns, reporting, etc.) In addition to being the Eloqua technical lead, they will be responsible to decommission and re-integrate existing integrations as EDC moves towards other web platforms, CRM's and data housing technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Development (30%)

  • Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions within Eloqua
  • Work with EDC business and technical resources to design new data integrations
  • Design and prototype proofofconcept solutions within Eloqua
  • Build and document reusable elements including standard programs, campaigns and templates to increase marketing effectiveness
  • Integrate data models into Eloqua to drive new business acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure CASL governance adhered to in both data collection, maintenance and communications

System Admin (25%)

  • Develop reports and alerts to monitor system health and take proactive and remedial actions as required
  • Maintain and modify data integration configurations between Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, MyEDC, Siebel CRM, and Salesforce.

Support and QA Tasks (25%)

  • Interact with Oracle Eloqua to open and manage support tickets
  • Create and update howto guides and job aids in support of Eloqua implementations
  • Conduct detailed product walkthroughs and answer technical questions for EDC technical teams and marketing automation specialists
  • Campaign QA process to enable others on the team (i.e. best practices, documentation, training, monitoring)
  • Design and build custom reports in Eloqua Insights that support the datadriven marketing decisions
  • Assist with the rollout of new features contained in quarterly Eloqua updates
  • Design and conduct training on EDC Eloqua Technical standards
  • Component testing process (i.e. best practices, documentation, training, monitoring)

EDC Agile Marketing (15%)

  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Keep all tasks uptodate in EDC's agile software, Azure Dev Ops.
  • Maintain an active backlog of new requests that support the marketing team.
  • Work with various stakeholders on developing a roadmap to transition Eloqua integrations with current legacy systems, to modern CRM's such as Salesforce, Web Platforms, CDP, MDM, and other technologies.

Screening Criteria

  • Proven problemdiagnosis and problemsolving skills
  • Completed Undergraduate Degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant field. Marketing experience an asset
  • At least 5+ years' experience in use of Eloqua (including data integrations, API, forms, web look ups, etc.)
  • Experience with SalesForce, data transformation projects, integrating with systems from the ground up.
  • Experience coaching and proven ability to transfer technical knowledge through a variety of methods and media
  • Communication and teamwork is key

Assets

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with web tracking technology
  • Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time while finding ways to deliver value to internal clients

Salary Range:


  • Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $90,544 to $120,725 plus a performancebased incentive.
