As a PSW/HCA, you help clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, transportation, meal preparation, and light housework. Help us improve the life of our client's by creating a safe, pleasant, and healthy environment.

Job Types:


  • Full
  • Time, Part-Time, Permanent
  • Flexible times, day and evening, weekdays and weekend shifts available
  • Availability within your chosen geographic location of choice

Education and Experience:

1-year senior caregiving experience required.

Completion of formal accredited caregiver training program (PSW/Personal Support Worker, or HCA/Health Care Aide) and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience needed.

Dementia care and palliative care experience is an asset. Work Authorization required.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist our clients with personal care and activities of daily living. Help our clients maintain a quality of life in the home they have grown to love. Provide companionship, personal care, activities to promote cognitive exercises, light housekeeping and basic cooking are required.

  • Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance.
  • Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
  • Perform healthcarerelated tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of care plan
  • Participate in evaluating the client's needs and plan for continuing services.
  • Providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles.
  • Plan, shop for, or prepare nutritious meals or assist families in planning, shopping for, or preparing nutritious meals.
  • Transport clients to locations outside the home, such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using a motor vehicle.
  • Train family members to provide bedside care.

Work Activities included but not limited to

  • Providing personal assistance, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or clients.
  • Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in electronic form
  • Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
