The Intern, Human Resources will provide support in several projects and locations in the Montreal area in human resources.
AT SAPUTO, YOU WILL- Write the future of the industry - We're a leading global dairy processor because we've always been passionate and optimistic about solving the challenges we face.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...- Participate in the external and internal recruitment process and manage internal movements in collaboration with the workforce planning team.
This will also include the management of movements following the implementation of automation projects; Planning and organizing employee activities for the summer and fall periods (BBQ, family activities, recognition evenings and other celebrations); Participate in various HR projects (KPIs, creation of procedures, communication to employees, training refreshers, etc.)YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Commerce, Marketing or a related field (Second or third year undergrad or first year Master students); Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community; Have previous related internship experience (an asset); Are detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and willing to take initiative; Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building relationships; Experience in food manufacturing (an asset); Are bilingual with strong oral and written communication skills (French and English);Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.Our story began in Canada in 1954, when the Saputo family's hard work and dedication created a thriving dairy business.
