What can I expect to do in this role?: In this role, you will:

  • perform accounts payable, purchasing, invoicing and reconciliation functions
- provide clerical support by preparing, maintaining employee documents and monitoring training records
- prepare ledgers and assist with annual revenue forecasts and work plans
- perform general office duties, operate office equipment and provide customer service


How do I qualify?:


Mandatory requirements:


  • You possess a valid driver's licence.
  • You have the ability to obtain an Emergency First Aid certificate.

Technical knowledge:


  • You have knowledge/ability in administrative processes, protocols and procedures.
  • You have knowledge of software such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic mail.
  • You possess knowledge of arithmetic to calculate, verify and prepare/process invoices, travel claims and statistical summaries.
  • You have an understanding and experience working with electronic and manual filing systems.
  • You are knowledgeable of customer service standards/practices, telephone operation and etiquette to serve park clients.

Skills:


  • You possess proven reasoning and problem solving skills and the ability to act with tact and diplomacy.
  • You have strong communication to work harmoniously with staff and park visitors.
  • You possess strong organizational skills to deal with multiple demands and to book meetings, deal with the onsite logistics of booking the boardroom and staff house.
  • You are able to use a variety of office equipment and perform minor repairs.
