Description
Delicious Without Gluten in a small bakery in a factory setting. We all help each other and do various jobs. This is a General help job, but has quite a bit of responsibility. Some shipping, some help in bakery, Packaging and paperwork.

Person must have good communication skills and be able to report to the owner at the end of the shift.

Punctuality and reliability is valued.

Previous experience in the food industry is not necessary but preferable. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a bonus.


Responsibilities:

  • Tasks include:
  • Put pallets together for outgoing deliveries
  • Pick and pack packages for individual orders
  • Keep shipping area clean and in order
  • Receive incoming goods
  • Keep inventory of bags, boxes (packaging)
  • Keep freezer inventory
  • Set up pans for following day production
  • Depan bread or baked goods from oven
  • Help with packaging of goods
  • Place all goods into freezer and prepare goods for next day shipping
  • Close end of day and report to owner with daily production numbers
  • Cleaning: pans, floors, shipping area

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
