Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health (JJCH) is currently recruiting a Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) & Customer Analytics Team Lead. The RGM & Customer Analytics Team Lead works closely with Sales, Finance, and Consumer Demand Generation Team. This role is located in Markham, ON.

This leader will be our Consumer Health Canada RGM team lead responsible for co-leading and developing new capabilities to advance our Pricing strategies, Promotion return on investment analytics, and further embed Portfolio Optimization based decision making across our organization.

This role will occasionally represent Consumer Canada within Global and North America RGM project teams.


Responsibilities include:


  • Assists in creation of Revenue Growth Management initiatives; building new capabilities & processes to optimize portfolio management, channel strategies, & pricing & promotional strategies across the enterprise. This includes facilitating the Price Action Process and investments to improve data driven decision making.
  • Monitoring and postevaluation of RGM initiatives and make recommendations for changes and/or future implementation
  • Lead Nielsen relationship and other third party RGM organizations; including purchase of syndicated data as well as pioneering data visualizations and reporting to be used by customer teams
  • Leads a team of analysts (both direct and indirect), while identifying and developing toppotential individuals who can fill the succession planning needs of the company in the future.

Qualifications

Education
and Experience Requirements:


  • University Degree required; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive customer and/or commercial experience is required

Knowledge & Technical Competency

Required:


  • Ability to lead endtoend crossfunctional, diverse teams in a fastpaced, changing environment
  • Experience & knowledge of Canadian consumer products industry, category, brand strategies, & competitors
  • Extensive knowledge of retail customer channels, structure, strategy, and negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate the company strategy to customer teams and enroll their support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
  • Proven track record to provide customized interpretations of industry and competitive data to achieve outstanding business results

Asset:


  • Ability to effectively resolve competing priorities for the team and the customer
  • Strong P&L & financial acumen, and business planning experience
