Reporting to the President, you will be called upon to work closely with the administrative team, the project manager and the design team to manage the entire procurement process.

Here is an overview of your daily life:

Support the procurement strategy and proactively plan the supply of resources;
Negotiate purchasing contracts and ensure the execution of agreements with all stakeholders in the purchasing process;
Develop and maintain excellent relationships between the various stakeholders in the purchasing process (internal and external);
Collaborate in the assessment, review and improvement of the procedures and processes in place for purchasing, procurement and logistics;
Collaborate in establishing the project budget.

A summary of the skills required to be successful in this position:

Ninja in negotiation and follow-ups with the various stakeholders involved;
Purchasing experience in an industrial environment (metallurgy, electronics, mechanics);
Be business savvy, in order to be able to quickly identify risks and opportunities;
Excellent communication (English and French).
