In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and leading the execution of new project plans.
- Ensuring timely and budgetconscious completion of project deliverables.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Facilitating effective communication of project plans.
- Coordinating all facets of assigned projects and regularly reporting on metrics and goal attainment.

Detailed Overview:
Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families:
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, the Project Leader leads the development of project plans and ensures that project deliverables are tracked and complete on time and within budget.
Works with project team members, internal and external stakeholders and the Regional Workforce Coordination Committee (RWCC) to achieve project goals and deliverables through facilitation, effective communication skills and implementation of project plans.
Plans and coordinates all aspects of the assigned projects and reports out regularly on metrics and achievement of targets.Responsibilities:
- Establishes detailed project plans and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables, and ownership accountabilities.
- Executes project plan according to project methodologies, ensures successful and coordinated completion of project components, facilitates consensus with stakeholders as needed, and ensures readiness for project implementation.
- Tracks the progress of projects according to the project plan, monitors and reports on the status of projects and major issues/obstacles encountered. Makes recommendations regarding project scope changes.
- Implements and/or contributes to the implementation of effective processes to assess project risks, identify risk mitigation strategies and monitor risk throughout the life cycle of the project.
- Participates in the development and monitoring of project budgets within the context of operational demands and resource constraints and uses best utilization methods to thoroughly monitor and adhere to allocated budgets.
- Maintains ongoing support for initiatives from the RWCC and related working groups. Accesses and analyzes data, helps keep stakeholders aware of project status and ensures effective communication channels are in place.
- Provides leadership and direction to project team members, conveys priorities, coordinates work and ensures issues are resolved or escalated to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
- Attends and participates on various committees', representing the Fraser Health Talent Acquisition and Onboarding department. Negotiates with user departments and makes decisions, including providing advice, facilitating consensus, and resolving problems.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Science, Health Services Administration or Business Administratio
