_ Responsibilities:
_

Selling the HP products and services portfolio, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, ink and toner, services and accessories, to Small Business and Consumer customers.
Building, growing and maintaining positive relationships with customers while driving revenue and margin generation.
Implementing a consistent approach to identifying, evaluating, and recommending solutions based on customer needs.

_ Education and Experience Required:
_

Twoyear University/ College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Experience selling in a high volume, telephonebased sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to move leads through entire sales process independently.
Experience selling in a Small Business and/or Ecommerce sales organization preferred.

_ Knowledge and Skills:
_

French and English verbal and written skills required with high fluency.
Selfmotivation, strong ambition and passion for selling, relationship building and problem solving.
Ability to work in a high velocity, high performance environment where one's growth potential is driven by one's abilities and attitude.
Solution selling experience, including understanding of Small Business decision making and procurement.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently or collaboratively with a high level of integrity.
General knowledge of IT industry and ability to learn and retain knowledge of HP products and solutions.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools/systems (ex. Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
