Summary:

Fire-Pro is looking for
Project Coordinator/Estimator - Sprinkler Division to support the growth of our field service team.

Compensation and Benefits:

Holiday & Stat Pay (9%): $1.80

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Convert field reports to customer presentable format.
Communicate with field technicians for accuracy.
Prepare quotations for repairs and deficiency rectification.
Convert bulk costing to lineitem pricing.
Perform relief coordination duties as required.
Additional duties as required.

CORE OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Excellent customer service skills, friendliness, and respect for confidentiality
Excellent organization skills
Knowledge of NFPA, and UCLA codes (Can be trained)
Experience in the Fire Industry (Not Necessary)
Experience in estimating is considered an asset
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
Ability to take initiative and do research.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents.
Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge/experience in the fire protection industry or trades is considered an asset.
