Summary:

Fire-Pro is looking for
Project Coordinator/Estimator - Sprinkler Division to support the growth of our field service team.


Compensation and Benefits:

Holiday & Stat Pay (9%): $1.80

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Convert field reports to customer presentable format.
  • Communicate with field technicians for accuracy.
  • Prepare quotations for repairs and deficiency rectification.
  • Convert bulk costing to lineitem pricing.
  • Perform relief coordination duties as required.
  • Additional duties as required.

CORE OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:


  • Excellent customer service skills, friendliness, and respect for confidentiality
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Knowledge of NFPA, and UCLA codes (Can be trained)
  • Experience in the Fire Industry (Not Necessary)
  • Experience in estimating is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to take initiative and do research.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents.
  • Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge/experience in the fire protection industry or trades is considered an asset.
