Location is:
St. Albert, AB
Responsibilities:
- Managing a social media presence.
- Content creation and social graphic design.
- Creating and managing digital ads.
- Video creation assistance
- Edit documents based on feedback from key stakeholders
- Leading the way with new marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with team members to run efficient marketing initiatives that are in line with our company objectives.
- Using critical thinking and analytics to optimize our online marketing presence.
- Reaching and retaining new customers via the following: PPC Channels, Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tiktok.
- Marketing and PR support.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (ie: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or equivalent programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in PPC and SEO basics.
- Proficient in Google and Meta Ads.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years work experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design.
- Highlevel skill in coordinating and being a team player.
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of various projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and nontechnical depth.
- Outstanding analytical, problemsolving, organization, prioritization and multitasking skill.
- Adaptable to change and willing to go the extra mile.
- Undergrad or related education.
- Graphic Design experience.
- Previous experience in a real estate organization would be considered an asset.
Digital portfolio submission required.

$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
