This diverse team of professionals provides best-in-class industry and technical expertise to internally drive the success of our Assurance and Accounting practice.
Provide support to the team on a variety of projects and initiatives, including tracking, monitoring, documenting and following up on projects while developing relationships with stakeholders.

- Coordinate logistics for a variety of projects on behalf of the Quality Risk and Compliance team
- Assist with planning and managing various aspects of projects including calendar management and preparation of files and documents for review
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Maintain regular and adhoc reporting
- Manage a service ticket system, ensuring timely response to inquiries and suitable delegation of resources for response
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Build relationships and communicate regularly with key stakeholders
- Provide various other administrative support, as required
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years experience in project administration
- Prior experience working with senior leaders in a Professional Services environment considered an asset
- Ability to influence people to keep projects on track
- Exceptional eye for detail and ability to stay organized in a fast paced and agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to move projects forward with mínimal direction
- Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
