Key Responsibilities
Manage the scheduling and daily operation of the Housekeeping team
Assist the AGM with hiring and recruitment of housekeeping staff
Responsible for training and development of staff
Responsible amenity and linen procurement and subsequent reporting
Responsible for inventory of housekeeping cleaning supplies and other operational supplies
Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned as required by business and staffing levels
Perform room inspections in accordance with Our property standards
Provide daily hands-on assistance and guidance to housekeeping team
Ensure all staff are working in a cooperative and efficient manner
Attend daily meetings with the AGM
Coordinate repairs or deficiencies with the Maintenance Manager
Clear communication with Front Desk on room cleanliness through
All other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager
A minimum of 12-15 rooms cleaned per person per day


Requirements:

Relevant Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
Ability to supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

Flexible with standard working hours based on business levels and check-in / check-out requirements

Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques

Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of guests and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required

$19.00-$19.50 per hour
