The Role:
The Total Rewards Analyst will support and collaborate with the Total Rewards Team to provide support through research, analysis, and ongoing administration of the Company's total rewards program.
What You'll Do:
- Manages and maintains Total Rewards content on the company's intranet site.
- Manages (tracking, administering, and reporting) employee recognition program/platform.
- Submits payment requests for benefit invoices to Accounting for timely and accurate processing.
- Processes benefitrelated contributions (retirement, FSA, HSA, etc) post
- Reconciles benefit premiums and employee deductions (semimonthly, monthly, annually); coordinating adjustments with payroll and/or accounting. Use HR systems to produce reports and compile Total Rewards data and metrics.
- Assists with design and management of employee Benefit surveys.
- Assists, responds to and supports audit requests from external and internal parties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of human resources and applicable laws/regulations in applicable countries.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in respective area
- Strong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong project management, organization skills, the capability to exercise sound judgment and work well under pressure to effectively manage priorities and meet timelines and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers in large group settings and 1on1 interactions.
- Able to maintain confidential and private personnel data.
Nice To Have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a discipline such as Human Resources, Business, or Accounting
- Experience with UKG Pro and business intelligence report writing preferred.
