RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the customer's needs and satisfaction, from the entry of the order to the delivery.
DETAILED TASKS (not limited to):
- Ensure excellence to our customers;
- Receive orders and open customer files;
- Customer support;
- Track orders with customers and supervisors;
- Coordinating with the operations team the orders received and responsible for shipments on time;
- Check delivery vouchers and billing on price accuracy;
- Keep updates to various reports and records, such as specifications, production records, notices of changes, noncompliance, etc.;
- Tracking product inventories for customers;
- Entering data;
- Various accountingrelated tasks, such as invoicing, codifications, payable, receivable, etc.;
- Supports to superiors according to the administrative structure;
- All other related tasks.
Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
