RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the customer's needs and satisfaction, from the entry of the order to the delivery.


DETAILED TASKS (not limited to):


  • Ensure excellence to our customers;
  • Receive orders and open customer files;
  • Customer support;
  • Track orders with customers and supervisors;
  • Coordinating with the operations team the orders received and responsible for shipments on time;
  • Check delivery vouchers and billing on price accuracy;
  • Keep updates to various reports and records, such as specifications, production records, notices of changes, noncompliance, etc.;
  • Tracking product inventories for customers;
  • Entering data;
  • Various accountingrelated tasks, such as invoicing, codifications, payable, receivable, etc.;
  • Supports to superiors according to the administrative structure;
  • All other related tasks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
