Children Support Solutions by LifeWorks is a group of private clinics in Toronto, Aurora, and Mississauga offering services in behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, clinical psychology, and speech language pathology to help children reach their full potential.

We are looking for a member to join our precious team of child and family advisors at our call center If you have good interpersonal skills, excel in customer service, are good at multi-tasking, highly organized and looking for job stability, come talk to us

At Children Support Solutions by LifeWorks we are offering:

  • A Defined term contract, full time 37.5 hours per week

Here is what you can expect on your typical day:

  • Assist customers in answering their questions, connecting them with the appropriate services
  • Overlook client files and communicate regularly with the team members overlooking their services
  • Help in managing our wait lists
  • Plan and coordinate appointments with our clients

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who has good interpersonal skills
  • A sense of initiative and autonomy
  • An ability to manage the unexpected
  • Transparent and respectful communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or college degree in an appropriate discipline
Where permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.
