Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining a 3 Phase Radial Arm Saw to cut various materials according to specifications.
- Monitoring the cutting process to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts.
- Inspecting finished pieces for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Adhering to safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a 3 Phase Radial Arm Saw in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
- Experienced with woodworking.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal
Salary:
$18.00 per hour
