Big West Ford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time
Front Parts Counter Person to join our team. This position will assist both customers and technicians locating required parts and providing pricing. Opportunity to assist and fulfill wholesale orders is open as well.

Full-time Monday to Friday, with one Saturday a month.

Responsibilities and Duties

Billing out parts and providing quotes for the Service Department and customers
Completing phone orders
Provide exceptional service to, internal customers including technicians, service advisors, and sales people
Review repair and parts orders to ensure parts accuracy before the Service Department bills invoice counter sales
