  • Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for assigned Payroll Area
  • Termination requests
  • Ending DPSP/RRSP and Car allowance/AutoTB
  • Severance payment
  • Bonus payment
  • Salary continuance
  • Pay in lieu
  • Vacation payout
  • Layoff requests
  • Rate increases
  • Process all time data entry and review for accuracy and completeness
  • Process gross payroll and net payroll batches
  • Payroll data entry (employee earnings adjustments, allowances etc)
  • Process retroactivity payroll when required
  • Run payroll departmental reports
  • Print and distribute pay statements and/or cheques
  • Process record of employments
  • Process and distribute off cycle cheques as per company policy
  • Ensure compliance with Federal &Provincial payroll legislation and company policy
  • Maintain employee records as per government regulations
  • Monitor and address employee inquiries from the Payroll Support Helpdesk
  • Liaison with branches on payroll related items
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Other duties as required
  • What we are seeking
  • Must be bilingual in English and French as a second language (both spoken and written)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Processing Payroll
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail a must
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
