    We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Robotic Process Automation Specialist to join our IT team in Langley, BC.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Applications Support, you will work with business and IT partners to design, build, deliver and scale strong automation solutions.

    You will be at the forefront of automating and optimizing our processes and systems by developing and integrating sophisticated automation solutions, enhancing our change management processes, and contributing to various projects across various business areas.


    You will be responsible for:


    Guiding business and IT partners to help build, transform, and operationalize intelligent automation capabilities into the new breed of customer experience-based business models.

    Interacting with business leaders and functional experts to understand current, future business challenges, and needs.
    Understanding and evaluating business processes to enable successful translation of business automation needs to intelligent automation solution designs.

    Designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Python and PostgreSQL.Managing multiple intelligent automation projects ensuring quality work that meets business requirements and expectations.

    Managing, mentoring, and training automation project team members, as applicable, in developing skills and applying methodologies.


    You have:


    A bachelor's degree in computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience, scoping, configuring, and delivering RPA automation and low code solutions.

    Experience working in a business facing role with strong relationship management skills.

    A strong understanding and experience in building Power Automate logic, familiar with connectors and actions, and how to integrate them with PowerApps.

    Good understanding of working with multiple screens in PowerApps and integrating them effectively with SharePoint and other data sourcesExpertise in PowerShell, specifically for automation in Microsoft technologies.

    Proven experience in PowerApps, Power Automate and Python.

    Experience in emerging technology trends e.g., Process Mining, Task Mining, RPA, AI, ML, NLP, etc.,Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Kusto query language.

    Strong working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, design and implementation using either Oracle or SQL Server technologies.

    Skilled in leading meetings with a diversified audience across all levels of the organization.
    Adept at handling and working on complex automation tasks independently.
    Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and excel in collaborative team environments with minimal supervision.
