As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will contribute to delivering an omnichannel customer experience and implementing the necessary communication and marketing initiatives to meet business priorities.
Your job
- Increasing brand awareness and client acquisition at NBDB.
- Enhancing client engagement, qualification, and retention.
- Developing client communications through social media and internal platforms for ongoing interaction.
- Contributing to customer education and knowledge in investment.
- Contributing to the marketing of innovative products and services.
- Coordinating marketing initiatives with various stakeholders.
Specifically, you will:
- Contribute to the enrichment of NBDB's Learning Centre by monitoring the production and delivery schedule of digital content internally and with agencies.
- Coordinate initiatives contributing to NBDB's brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue generation for the firm.
- Design and implement effective customer communications.
- Analyze performance indicators of initiatives and participate in optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate projects with other team members involved.
Your team
You report to the Director of Marketing Communications within NBDB's Business Strategy team and collaborate on a daily basis with two colleagues.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in marketing
- Knowledge or interest in financial markets
- Skill and/or interest in digital and omnichannel marketing
- Writing skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge of the LinkedIn platform
- Curiosity, creativity, and staying informed about trends and innovations in digital marketing
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative
- Ability to adapt in a changing and dynamic environment
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, as you will interact with Englishspeaking suppliers and produce/revise content in both languages
