What we are looking for:
Scrubbi is currently looking for a full time Receptionist (7 am - 4 pm) to join our fast-paced team in South Surrey, BC.
You must be able to handle office tasks, assist management, communicate in a professional and polite manner, and provide a warm presence in the workplace.
You must be reliable, able to multitask, communicate well, have excellent organizational skills, and help the day-to-day run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet everyone entering the office with an upbeat attitude
- Manage reception area
- The devouring of cake
- Making sure office supplies are replenished (notebooks, paper, pens, coffee, creamers etc.)
- Support the Department Heads with calendar management, including taking responsibility for meeting requests, and booking group meetings for the team upon request
- Ping pong and foosball enthusiast
- Ensure the office is clean and organized
- Assisting with Fun Friday preparations (putting together fun snacks for the team)
- Preparedness to conquer the ultimate (ongoing) game of Jenga
- Sorting mail
- Assist any visitors to the right direction
- Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality
- Assisting the CEO with various tasks
- Joining in with after work team events
- Celebrating individual, team and company successes
- Representing Scrubbi loud and proud
- Contribute to the continuous growth, proposing and implementing policies
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in an office administrator or receptionist role
- Bachelor degree from a university or college is a plus
- Solid administrative and organizational skills
- Startup experience is a plus
- Pure love and joy for food
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
