Job Summary:
ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team on a full-time temporary basis They will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Chemical Sales Coordinators and the Customer Service Senior Manager.
This is a 12-month contract with a possibility of extension.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer pricing.
- Process debit and credit memos.
- Prepare demurrage invoices.
- Support Chemical Sales Coordinators and Customer Service Senior Manager with monthend close activities.
- Assist in Spare Parts invoicing.
- Sales order entry.
- Provide backup support for the Chemical Sales Coordinators.
Qualifications & Desired Attributes:
- 13 years experience of customer service
- Experience with credit/collections, data entry, and order processing is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computing skills are a must (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and flexible, willing to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience with an ERP business system (JD Edwards, SAP) considered an asset.
- College diploma in Office Administration or equivalent is required.
- Time management. Ability to manage strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Personable, individual must work well in a team environment.
