Look no further Grain and Burl, a renowned furniture company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to spearhead our market expansion efforts in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Waterloo Region.

As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are excited to welcome an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team.


Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our new furniture lines. Your main responsibility will be onboarding new furniture stores within the GTA and Waterloo Region.


Your tasks will include:

Lead Generation: Independently researching and identifying potential leads, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities.

Qualification: Thoroughly researching and qualifying leads to ensure alignment with our target market.

Client Engagement: Initiating in-person meetings with prospective clients at their furniture stores, showcasing product samples, and effectively communicating the value of our furniture lines.

Relationship Building: Developing and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our partners, providing them with training and ongoing support on our products.

Sales Goals: Meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the growth and expansion of Grain and Burl's market presence.

Travel: Regular travel within the GTA and Waterloo Region for in-person client meetings. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the furniture or related industry.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to independently generate leads and drive the sales process.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule and travel requirements.
  • Ability to maintain uptodate CRM database for prospects and clients
