Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, F&B Outlet, this position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the F&B outlet with the strictest regard to rules, regulations and outlet operational guideline s while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

**Key Accountabilities
- Clears tables or counters a s soon as they are vacated
- Removes used dishes/glasses/cutlery/linen/paper products; disposes of them according to the outlet operational guidelines
- Cleans tables and counters according to outlet operational guidelines
- Assist in the overall maintenance of F&B areas including floors, walls, windows, etc.
- Assist Servers in replenishing coffee carts (if applicable)
- Assists with restocking as required and maintains a clean and tidy stock area
- Minimiz es breakage by properly filling bus pans
- Collects recyclables for removal
- Provides guests with additional items as requested
- Performs opening and closing duties as required
- Runs food to guests as requested
- Cleans sp ills as they occur
- Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership and team members
- Ensures compl iance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations Performs other duties as assigned or directed
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 6 months work exp erience
- POS experience
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
Work Environment Considerations
- Regular office, restaurant or hotel environment, standing or walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, odors; lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, s tretching, some exposure to verbal abuse, nontraditional work hours
