- Lead, manage, and develop the Auto Damage Appraisal Unit to maximize performance potential by implementing unit-wide training aligned with individual developmental goals
- Oversee and support Mitchell Estimatics, address Mitchell issues continuously, and efficiently drive change management
- Coordinate with PD Unit Managers to ensure compliance with procedures and offer ongoing support to the PD Team
- Conduct quality and administrative file audits, document findings, and proactively report concerns to upper management
- Post-secondary education combined with relevant experience in automotive collision repair or automotive mechanical repair
- Preferred qualifications include Class A Motor Vehicle Technician or apprentice, Class B Body Repair Technician or apprentice, Certification in Motive Power Technology, or Basic Estimating Course
- Advanced technical knowledge of vehicle damage analysis
- Progressive experience in training, mentoring, and coaching employees
