What you'll be doing:**_

How you'll succeed:
  • Data Analysis
  • Conduct investigation and analyze data to identify potential issues that impact adjudication approval, identify root cause and recommend resolution to the adjudicator. Using an excel calculator, validate system inputs to the documentation submitted by the lender.


  • Research & Development

  • Conduct indepth research using multiple systems and reports to obtain information and resolve discrepancies. Maintain current knowledge of CIBC/department compliance policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure privacy and confidentiality of information at all times. Ensure awareness of recurring problems, potential losses and fraud to reduce the risk of exposure and maintain governance standards


  • Documentation

  • Prepare correspondence on findings and complete necessary documentation to support investigation process, findings and actions taken.


  • Strong communication skills

  • Bilingualism is an asset.
