The Role

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively and in support of Marine NA's objectives and strategy
Serve in a senior role on major accounts for placement, claims, and client relationship
Advise clients/strategize/provide expertise on complex business
Set and contribute to business growth objectives, including maintaining an active pipeline, participate in RFP responses/presentations and participate in proactive sales meetings
Assist in establishing placement strategy for region
Help recruit and deploy resources where required
Manage workflow amongst the team
Motivate and mentor staff
Maintain and develop relationships with WTW's regional leaders, participating in regional team meetings
Maintain and develop relationships with carriers and underwriters

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience preferably from global broker with a strong marine hull and liability team
Direct experience in servicing and placing large complex multinational accounts
Insurance broker
P&C license required
Knowledge and understanding of global marketplace
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Enhanced client service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
