We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.


Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model.

Our Centre of Excellence and Framework team is looking for a Producer, Production Intelligence. You'll be traversing multiple central teams to create and deliver planning, tracking materials and systems that help grow our game team's ability to deliver stunning games to market. This is a broad and horizontal role, that will help grow and evolve our game development capabilities.

  • Work across multiple time zones, business groups, and game teams to deliver a variety of business initiatives.
  • Work across development and business domains to facilitate rhythm of business for both product and development.
  • Create systems that communicate the progress of our product and service roadmaps.
  • Drive knowledge sharing initiatives across game teams through group activities and video content.
  • Support the longterm planning programs to track and monitor KPIs, together with analysis on ways to improve our products and how we work.
  • Develop information sharing dashboards that curate reporting from multiple game teams and highlight development bottlenecks.
  • With deep collaboration, create solutions that are both inclusive and further the company's business objectives.
  • Coordinate developer lifecycle review meetings ensuring all stakeholders expectations are met and expected outcomes are managed.
  • Work across business domains looking for upstream efficiency opportunities that help onboarding developers to game teams.
  • Review and analyze project plans to highlight planning risks and ensure plan accuracy.
  • Track and manage risks across development teams and central teams.
  • Support PCFF teams in planning rituals and augment the production team as needed.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years' experience in a production role or program management in the gaming industry (or 5y in IT/3D Animation)
  • Excel, Jira and PowerBI experience, capable of creating planning solutions and KPI tracking
  • Experience in AAA multiplatform development process.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Good presentation skills at all levels of elevation, from game team to Executive Leadership.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable skill in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, focus on contributing to good working relationships throughout the team.
  • Ability to work effectively with people with different specializations and backgrounds.
  • Understanding of enduser needs and expectations.
  • High work ethic and selfmotivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have:


  • Scripting skills in VBA and SQL
  • Unreal Engine experience
  • UI Design skills
