• An experienced moving industry dispatcher.
• The ability to dispatch and communicate with moving crews and maintain a respectful, productive working relationship.
• A selfstarter, able to operate effectively on your own and as part of a closeknit team.
• The ability to work and thrive in a highpressure, high stakes environment in which change is a constant, and time is always of the essence.
• A demonstrated willingness and ability to go above and beyond to resolve questions and solve problems creatively, not only from a customer perspective but also from an operational stand point.
• Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Work closely with the V.P of operations to organize the dispatch schedule.
• Develop crews and teams that work well with each other and complement the job at hand.
• Processing of payments for weigh tickets and scales.
• Deal with customers, contractors, sales reps and Vendors when required.
• Use of a dispatch software to manage the dispatch schedule.
• Ability to forward think and plan routes when making deliveries or pick ups across the city to maximize time and efficiency.
