    The WestRock Mississauga Folding facility seeks a Journeyman to join the Bindery team on the afternoon shift, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.

    How you will contribute at WestRock:

    • Verify completed, jogged, or printed jobs daily and update the Cutter team.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Service department to address any order issues.
    • Audit orders ready for shipment.
    • Organize orders with shipping dates and sales order numbers, and label boxes for the Shipping department.
    • Coordinate with the Finance team to finalize outstanding Work in Progress (WIP).
    • Perform assigned duties as necessary.

    Requirements for success:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook and Excel is an advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Capability to stand and walk throughout the shift on a concrete floor and lift up to 40 pounds.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules and operation manuals.
    • Consistent attendance is crucial.

    Shift Schedule:

    • Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM
    • Friday: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM
    • Willingness to work overtime when necessary; extended hours may be required during peak periods.
