What can I expect to do in this role?: In this job, you will:
- Perform research, analytical and operational tasks to support the unit's deliverables
- Be part of a crossfunctional team to ensure that program administration and branch processes are carried out accurately and efficiently
How do I qualify?:
Research & Analytical Skills:
- You can conduct research and analysis to support program decisionmaking
- You have mathematical and research skills to identify financial and nonfinancial areas of noncompliance and risk and to inform and resolve issues
- You have experience prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables to ensure program performance and service targets are met
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- You have experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- You have oral and written communication skills to respond to inquiries from stakeholders and provide information on programs and follow up on issues as appropriate
- You can coordinate and communicate responses to stakeholders on behalf of the unit
Computer Skills:
- You can maintain comprehensive applicant files, prepare payment files and document correspondence using computer systems and software programs (e.g. Outlook, word processing, database management, spreadsheets)
