Job Summary
Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with over 25,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries. RBI owns three of the world's most iconic quick service restaurant brands - Tim Hortons, Burger King, and Popeyes.

This position will be based in Toronto Canada. We are returning to the office in February and will be on a Hybrid work schedule. We will be in office three days a week and remote two.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Partner with People Business Partner for Tim Hortons leadership to identify and fill people needs
  • Be creative and proactive with research and sourcing strategies using multiple channels
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting from the job intake meeting to offer stages and through onboarding
  • Manage regular business updates on priority roles
  • Engage in recruiting events relevant to open roles and strategic functions
  • Participate in and lead global continuous improvement projects to make us better

Quantitative: Ability to work with excel and ATS systems to measure success

Analytical: Ability to look at data and research to drive and shift your recruiting strategy

Conceptual: Ability to define a clear sourcing and research strategy to fill open roles

Communication: Strong ability to communicate to senior level executives throughout the organization

Working with Others: Maintain a strong relationship with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners

Work Management: Ability to manage 25+ openings at a given time. Proven ability to prioritize roles. Takes a proactive and solutions oriented approach to problem solving

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the South Florida market for both technical and business talent


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of corporate and agency recruiting experience
  • 2+ years recruiting in the technology space. Understanding of Software and Data Engineering Recruiting
  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to extending offers
  • ATS experience we use Greenhouse
