Lifestyle Concierge Expectations
Resident Relations and Customer Experience:
- Providing prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents, focusing on their
- Greeting visitors, suppliers and residents;
- Responding to resident requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation,
- Responding to special requests from residents with unique needs and follow up to ensure
- Establishing positive working relationships with business owners and suppliers in the area in
- Maintaining an expert knowledge of the surrounding community, its amenities and services and
surrounding area, including special events and activities;
- Answering, recording, and processing all resident calls, messages, requests, questions or
- Updating and reviewing shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in
- Maintaining amenity booking logs and ensuring appropriate contract or form is completed;
- Assisting residents with maintenance service requests and ensuring they are communicated to
- Assisting Leasing staff with organizing resident events.
- Provide residents with suite access in the event of lock outs/lost keys in accordance with suite
- Maintain property notice boards to ensure only updated notices are posted and stale notices
- Participate in community and charitable events that involve the property, its residents or
- Other duties as required
Property Operations:
- Scheduling and maintaining log for service elevator and loading dock and conducting inspections
- Providing building access to contractors and visitors by maintaining contractor logs and
- Issuing visitor parking passes in line with visitor parking policies;
- Activating and maintaining log of security access cards and fobs, underground transmitters and
- Maintaining Enterphone system and update security system software
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Leasing Staff and Property Manager reporting any issues to
- Communicate with the Property Manager, team members and site staff on an ongoing basis.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
Ability to Commute:
