In-House Production Coordinator

PLUS is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team - one with a positive attitude and a passion for Streetwear, Footwear and Manufacturing.

The Production Coordinator will support our entire team to establish and facilitate production flows, perform various administrative functions, and build/maintain relationships with our stakeholders and vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for completing all daytoday production activities for projects and

programs.

Implement production bestpractices, cost analysis, and reporting.
Liaise with product vendors to manage and coordinate Plus inventory
Ensure open and effective communications with all departments and stores.
Provide administrative support to the Creative & Design Team on various projects

throughout the year.

Sourcing Plus merchandise and products (Garments, Accessories, Cleaners, etc.)
Coordinating the production of all inStore related needs (Shopping Bags, Business

Cards, Vinyl, Signage, Uniforms), and coordinating proper distribution and
shipping to each store.

Facilitate and improve the production process in relation to ecommerce

Education, Training, & Experience Requirements:

1+ Years in merchandise design, production, and coordination.
A Diploma or Degree in Fashion Marketing, Apparel Design, Business

Administration, Product Development or equivalent industry training or related
business experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse logistics

Tools (Asana preferable)

Excellent verbal and communication skills
Highly organized with a keen eye for being detail oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset
