Hiring:
General Compliance Administrator_

  • Reports To: Vice President, Compliance and Privacy_
The General Compliance Administrator role is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire department.

This role ensures accurate and timely reporting on the outcome of audits and general records, and completion of general administrative functions to ensure the department runs smoothly.

The Compliance Administrator ensure that the organization adheres to all regulatory statutes as well as any internal best practice guidelines.

Job Duties:


  • Handling and reviewing ISI's legal activities including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents, and various regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and administration of contracts
  • Reviewing any complaints and inquiries that are sent to the Legal Department and escalating as necessary
  • Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources Department for employment and other related matters
  • Interacting with external lawyers and consultants and seeks their opinion on complex issues of pending and critical legal matters
  • The execution of and the assisting with global corporate administration
  • Undertaking any other responsibilities and/or requests made by the VP of Privacy & Compliance
  • Administer & support investigation into regulatory matters/failures
  • Provision of administrative support to the compliance team
  • General administration which includes filing, data entry
  • Assist/liaise with external agencies in relation to compliance matters
  • Reporting on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Assist with the internal updates of compliance policies & procedures
  • Assisting with audits when required
  • Respond to general compliance inquiries as appropriate

Requirements:


  • Minimum 24 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internal database systems
  • Solid understanding of Compliance standards and regulatory best practices
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • The high degree of integrity, and honesty
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organized and analytical
