Job descriptionMRS is seeking an experience Handyman to perform commercial service, maintenance, and installation work in the Kitchener, ON area.

We now have fifteen specialized divisions, each providing us with the required expertise to service a very broad array of retail maintenance needs.
MRS is dedicated to continual improvement and is always searching for ways to improve internal systems using the latest technology and work processes to deliver the absolute highest possible customer service.
MAIN DUTIES
We are seeking the following experienced handyman for year-round employment specializing in;
Painting, Drywall repair, Carpentry, Tile repair and replacement General building maintenance and repairs Store fixture and cabinet install Trim and casework install.
Must have knowledge of electrical and plumbing, Inspecting commercial properties to identify and report deficiencies.REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver license G with clear driver's abstract (required)
Must have their own set of tool, however, job-specific equipment will be provided.
Own transportation for the probation period
Clean criminal record (must provide a criminal record check upon hiring)
Good communication and high level of customer service
Must be able to work night and weekends if required
EXPERIENCE;
Minimum 2 years experience (required)
Language;
English (required)
Hours: 40-44 per week

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
