Primary Job Duties Include:

Process quotes and bid requests from sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Work closely with the sales team to gather necessary information and ensure proposals are competitive and comprehensive.
Assist in creating strategic project pricing for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Engage with partners and vendors to source the best products and negotiate favorable shipping costs.
Track and analyze outcomes of bids and proposals, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the bidding process.
Conduct competitive analysis and research to determine appropriate pricing strategies and positioning for various products.
Assist in maintaining and updating pricing data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support the implementation of pricing changes across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with business strategies.
Collaborate with various teams, including purchasing, sales, and marketing, to continually improve processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

13 years of recent and relevant work experience, preferably in a related role.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and update pricing data accurately.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and experience with Zoho One or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with bid desk operations and processes is beneficial.
Familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
Understanding of EDI/API platforms.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
