We have an opening for an
Accreditation Assistant who will work collaboratively with the Quality Systems Manager, the Accreditation Team as well as the Marketing with supporting our accreditation and marketing across Canada.

You will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of administrative processes, data entering as well as marketing plans.

This is an in-office position based out of
Port Coquitlam BC.


Objectives of this role:


  • Technical report reviewing, processing, documenting and data entering information for inspectors/technicians.
  • Client retention, and following up with scheduling clients, contacting them, and making sure to provide them with the best possible service.
  • Doing administrative daily tasks, and supporting accreditation team in daily activities
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, etc.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Following up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responding to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding services.

Qualifications:


  • College Diploma, preferably an engineering degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in working with computers and different platforms.
Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently to efficiently manage the assigned tasks.
  • Excellent communication ability, time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience working in a process management system.
