We are seeking an administrative generalist who thrives in a challenging and exciting environment to provide support for office administration ranging from human resource and accounting to helping customers on-line and over the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:
- Provides recruitment support including coordination of interviews, job postings, reference checks, and preparing new-hire documentation
- Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation
- Maintain employee files that supports HR
- Completes verification of employment documentation
- Screening and directing calls
- Assist HR with special projects and training initiatives
- Work in tandem with management team and staff across the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Accurate and efficient computer data entry skills
- Microsoft Office Suite competency
- At least two years of administration experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Effectively oral and written English communication
- Tact and respect when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Be available to be on call (paid) to provide telephone support to clients and caregivers after hours on a rotating basis from home approximately every six weeks outside office hours
- Able to remain calm and professional in dealing with stressful situations that are integral to caring for vulnerable clients
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Postsecondary education
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- English-French bilingual
- QuickBooks or other accounting software
