System Administrator

Location:
Boucherville, QC (Hybrid)
***Must have vehicle
Must be able to go to office for onboarding on for the 1st month then after is 80% remote with travel either to Boucherville

FRENCH IS MANDATORY, English is nice to have but not a must

Required skills

AEC, DEC or Bachelor's degree in information technology / networking or in a discipline deemed relevant (and/or relevant experience)
At least 7 years of experience in the same type of position
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server , Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL operating systems
Excellent knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol
Excellent knowledge of networks (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of virtualization with VMWare tools
Very good knowledge of the infrastructure (SAN)
Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix (asset)
Knowledge of telecommunications
Technical experience related to IP telephony (asset)
Excellent command of French, both oral and written
Good command of English, both orally and in writing, in order to be able to communicate with certain nonFrenchspeaking customers (asset)
Recognized certification (ex. VCP, A+, MCNA, MCP, CCNA) (asset)

Salary:
$60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Boucherville, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- system administration: 8 years (preferred)
- networks (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.): 5 years (preferred)
- infrastructure (SAN): 3 years (preferred)
- virtualization with VMWare tools: 4 years (preferred)

TCP/IP protocol: 3 years (preferred)
Microsoft Windows Server : 4 years (preferred)
Active directory,
