Job Description

Reporting to the Supervisor - Accounts Payable, the Accounts Payable Agent will assist in the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable Department.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Process paper and computer invoices in EDI and electronic format
Manage the various discrepancies related to the invoicePO reconciliation
Collaborate with branches and other departments to resolve discrepancies
Analysis and monitoring of supplier account statements
Manage credits, debit notes and return of internal goods with rigor
Respond to supplier needs and questions regarding their file
Provide training and support required from our branches
Participate in the filing of supplier invoices
Other related responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

DEP in accounting or equivalent experience
Minimum two years' experience in accounts payable
Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written)
Excel (advanced)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail
Knowledge of the Workday system is an asset
