Our proud team is growing, and we need a
Customer Service Representative for our office in
Cambridge, Ontario.

The job duties are (but are not limited to):

Manage field service calls, reviewing the clients' needs, making sure the correct technician is scheduled to the specific client need and reviewing client satisfactions surveys when needed.
Provide first level phone support to gather required information from customers about field issues and redirect client to corresponding hotline support.
Manage field service requests (such as parts requests, specific tooling required for technicians) in addition to serving as the conduit between dispatch and the field/customers for any issues.
Issue quotes to clients by understanding their needs.
Consult with Canadian and US counterparts on machine and parts models and prices.
Input all orders into operating systems.
Communicate with clients on order status and access alternatives when unforeseen circumstances arrive.
Complete corresponding orders and submit all paperwork for invoicing.

What are your Qualifications:

Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.
College diploma.
Minimum oneyear of customer service or inside sales experience.
Experience on training is an asset.
Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience on Microsoft Dynamic 365

This position is a permanent, full time on-site in our Cambridge, Ontario Office.
