Our proud team is growing, and we need a
Customer Service Representative for our office in
Cambridge, Ontario.

The job duties are (but are not limited to):

  • Manage field service calls, reviewing the clients' needs, making sure the correct technician is scheduled to the specific client need and reviewing client satisfactions surveys when needed.
  • Provide first level phone support to gather required information from customers about field issues and redirect client to corresponding hotline support.
  • Manage field service requests (such as parts requests, specific tooling required for technicians) in addition to serving as the conduit between dispatch and the field/customers for any issues.
  • Issue quotes to clients by understanding their needs.
  • Consult with Canadian and US counterparts on machine and parts models and prices.
  • Input all orders into operating systems.
  • Communicate with clients on order status and access alternatives when unforeseen circumstances arrive.
  • Complete corresponding orders and submit all paperwork for invoicing.

What are your Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.
  • College diploma.
  • Minimum oneyear of customer service or inside sales experience.
  • Experience on training is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience on Microsoft Dynamic 365
This position is a permanent, full time on-site in our Cambridge, Ontario Office.
