You as a Project Manager, Mechanical & Electrical will:

Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and the Project Manager
Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical components of the job, and assists the Project Manager to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
Monitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project's material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
Assist the Project Manager by leading project meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues
Review mechanical and electrical changes received From the architect to ensure they are complete and up to standards and review subcontractor prices on these changes
Lead an implement M&E quality control program to ensure subcontractor quality plan is being executed

**Is this the right role for you?

You have a construction related degree/diploma or eight to ten years of mechanical and electrical construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
Ability to confidently lead and delegate to a large team while coordinating construction between multiple trades to achieve building success
