Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the
Project Administrator will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with project accounts payable matching packing slips with invoices
  • Responsible for project employee onboarding and documentation tracking
  • Support project staff with administrative tasks as required
  • Responsible for receiving and filing of incoming correspondence and deliveries
  • Carries out other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager
  • Assist with expenses and MasterCard submission

Key Requirements:


Education

  • Postsecondary Business Administrative diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in business administrative role
  • Computer efficiency in Microsoft Office programs
